In January 2024, I had the privilege of participating in an expedition to the Antarctic Peninsula. Exploring various locations, both above and below the water with a submersible, the fragility of Antarctica and the impact of global warming on the peninsula and its temporary wildlife inhabitants became strikingly clear. The ever-changing weather, along with the time of day, creates ethereal lights and shadows. These images represent a fraction of the diverse landscapes scattered across the Antarctic Peninsula.
