During my travels to China, I had the privilege of visiting both Beijing and the countryside, immersing myself in the diverse cultures and traditions of its people. I stayed in remote villages, living alongside rice farmers and fishermen, and had the unique opportunity to witness a funeral procession—an event that beautifully blends the celebration of life with deep-rooted superstitions about the afterlife.
